Boil gooseberries with salt nd 1/4 tsp turmeric powder with water in nonstick pan til gooseberries is soft
Drain nd cool down gooseberries to room temperature and cut them into wedges
Now take a mixer jar add 4 to 5 boil gooseberries nd 2 green chilli nd make a fine paste.
Now heat oil in a pan add aesofetedia , fenugreek seeds, feenal seeds, cumin seeds nd let them change colour.now add grind paste nd mix well.
